Yes, Smartfish is gluten-free.
Smartfish contains a very small amount of lactose (0.06 g per 100 g) and is generally well tolerated by most people with mild lactose intolerance. Not suitable for people with milk allergy.
Smartfish tastes like a creamy raspberry smoothie, with no fishy odor or taste.
We use premium fish oil that is fully dissolved in a protective emulsion. This keeps the oil stable and prevents oxidation throughout the entire shelf life.
Smartfish remains stable for 15–18 months and does not need to be refrigerated. Best served chilled.
Store in a dry place between 1–25°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
The safety threshold for Smartfish is limited by safe intake of omega-3 DHA & EPA, which Smartfish is full of. Up to 5g of DHA & EPA daily has shown no negative health effects according to EFSA, so you should be fine drinking at least 5 Smartfish per day. Enjoy!

We deliver with Bring/Posten to your nearest post office. Normally, the package arrives within 2–4 business days.

Shipping costs NOK 150 per order but is free if you subscribe to receive two boxes every two months.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Your package will be delivered to your nearest post office, where you can collect it at your convenience.
Unfortunately, the address cannot be changed after an order is placed. You can update your address for future deliveries in your customer portal.
RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied, fill out the withdrawal form you received by email with your first order and send it to the address on our contact page. You will then receive instructions on how to return the package.
We follow Norwegian consumer law, which gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal.
